A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 30 minutes run fast but usually it is enough to build first connections.

Registration

• Register via the Registration button on the "Home" page
• Publish your offers or needs and manage B2B meetings. Read how below.

Publish a business profile to showcase your needs

• Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise.
  
• Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
  
• A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.

Browse profiles of attendees

Find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.

Send & receive meeting requests

Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.

The person who is invited to a meeting may choose a timeslot for the meeting when accepting it. By default the B2Match system will suggest the earliest available common timeslot. However any other common timeslot offered by the system can be chosen.

We recommend to react to meeting requests as soon as they come in. There is limited time and space. This way you and the person requesting the meeting can plan their time at
Fastener Poland 2022 brokerage event. If you wait too long, the other person may be fully booked or there may not be any free tables left during your preferred time slots.

If it is not possible for you to request a meeting with someone you would like to meet, it may be because there is no common timeslot at the brokerage event or no free table anymore. Either you arrange something yourself via the messaging system or contact the organisers. We will try to find a solution.

Last but not least: Do not only wait for others to request meetings with you but browse the marketplace and participants list and book meetings actively yourself.

Booking rules?

• Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone.
• Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled.
